Join the Dumpling Workshop: Learn to make traditional dumplings and enjoy homemade delicacies. Perfect for foodies and cooking enthusiasts.

Anna-Maria from the Kronlechnerhof farm is a farmer with passion. On her farm in Welschnofen | Nova Levante there are various animals and in summer she has a colourful garden with all types of vegetables and fruits. After the tour of the farm, it’s time to get hands-on. Under Anna-Maria’s guidance, you’ll prepare different types of dumplings using products from the farm and experience a true piece of South Tyrolean culinary tradition. At the end, the homemade specialties are enjoyed together – and you can take the recipes home with you.
