Andreas and Josef, two farmers from Aldino, produce the first noble mushrooms in South Tyrol on an old restored farm in Aldino and supply the local gastronomy and gourmets with their delicious mushrooms.
Guided tour of the production plant followed by a tasting of the noble mushrooms.

GAME & FOREST taste nature . forest edition

As part of the culinary speciality weeks game and forest, the highlight event "Game & forest taste nature . forest edition" will take place on 8 October 2023. Award-winning chef Theodor Falser and his team will take the Johannesstube restaurant in Nova Levante, South Tyrol, into the forest.

The chef will prepare an exclusive five-course lunch over an open fire, accompanied by selected wines from the region. An exclusive experience with unique sensations - the scent of the woods, the crackling of the open fire, the backdrop of the pale Dolomites and finally the best from our kitchen.
