Cujiné te ütia - Cooking in the mountains

Would you like to discover new and delicious Ladin recipes with a chef in a mountain hut in the unique setting of the Dolomites? Each participant will prepare a typical dish with the chef and then taste it. Today you will learn how to prepare the typical "cütles da pom", typical apple fritters. Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online by the day before (limited places). During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.
