Cooking class: Asparagus strudel made easy
Join Ruth Waschgler Höller, ambassador for farm produce, to discover the diversity of local asparagus and learn how to make a delicious asparagus strudel. With lots of hands-on experience, personal tips from farmhouse kitchens and regional ingredients, you will cook, roll and enjoy together. A course for anyone who loves asparagus and wants to experience traditional farmhouse cooking! The participation fee is €15. Registration is required at the Terlan Tourist Association.
