Conference “Vielfalt schafft Vielfalt – Biodiversität trifft Gartenästhetik“(DE)
During this talk in german languague with biologist Lukas Neuwirth, everything revolves around the fascinating biodiversity that often begins right on our doorstep. South Tyrol’s carefully cultivated and traditional cultural landscape is at the heart of the region and creates a strong connection with nature for both locals and visitors. In many cases, biodiversity already starts in your own garden, courtyard or even on your balcony.
Even small measures can transform these spaces into valuable habitats for plants, insects and birds. Discover how biodiversity and attractive garden design can go hand in hand, and learn how both large and small areas can be enhanced ecologically while still maintaining a well-kept appearance.
Butterflies, wild bees and birds can all find a home here. With the right ideas and a bit of creativity, lively garden spaces can emerge that benefit nature while also bringing joy to the people who spend time in them. Every space – and every contribution – counts when it comes to supporting biodiversity.
After the talk, you are warmly invited to a relaxed aperitivo – a great opportunity to exchange ideas and round off the event together in a pleasant atmosphere.
The talk also marks the starting point of the Eggental Nature Garden Competition, encouraging participants to showcase nature-friendly gardens and promote biodiversity throughout the valley.
Important information:
Reservations are required by Monday, 30 March, at hansjoerg.ebnicher@eggental.com or by telephone at +39 0471 619560.
Attendance at the talk is free of charge.
