Six experts talk about people and animals who live with or have to deal with wolves for different reasons.

Understanding the use of the environment from the wolves' point of view and knowing how to predict their spread also helps breeders or herders. It is not just about wild species in conflict with human activities, the picture is more complex and there are no easy solutions, you need to know, try and share positive experiences.

At the lecture in Italian "Un Ambiente, molti protagonisti: lupi e ricercatori, allevatrici, cani da guardia, pecore e bovini" on Thursday, 5 October at 6 p.m. in the Museum of Nature South Tyrol, six people who deal with mountains, science, nature, large carnivores, breeding, wildlife and tourism in various capacities will speak about this, namely:
Anna Sustersic, freelance journalist, graduate of environmental sciences with a Master's degree in science communication;
Francesco Romito, vice-president and communications manager of the association "Io non ho paura del lupo";
Monica Fedel, breeder who grazes her animals on various alpine pastures in Trentino and, thanks to her Abruzzese Maremmani dogs, has so far not had any tears on the herd;
Filippo Zibordi, writer and mountain guide;
Filippo Favilli, natural scientist, PhD in physical geography, who has been working for Eurac since 2011, where he leads a research group on the interaction between humans and wildlife in nature;
Andrea Omizzolo, also a researcher at Eurac Research, who works on the sustainable development of local and regional mountain communities and the balance between human development, protection of natural spaces and tourism.

Admission is free. Online reservation on the museum's website at https://app.no-q.info/naturmuseum-sudtirol/calendar#/event/408185 is recommended.

The lecture is organised in collaboration with Coexistence.LIFE, the association "Io Non Ho Paura Del Lupo", Eurac Research and WWF Trentino ODV.
