Sound of Südtirol returns! Luis Trenker Cultural Center, St. Ulrich - Sound of Südtirol Concert - St. Ulrich Following the great success of the concert series in 2023, there is now a continuation. The concerts feature a wide range of music "made in Südtirol" - arranged exclusively for Choriosum. Under the direction of Hannes Knollseisen, songs by South Tyrolean composers, singer-songwriters, and bands are brought to the stage entirely without instrumental accompaniment, along with modern and innovative choral music approaches. Yodeling meets industrial style, traditional alpine music meets pop and jazz, vocals blend with vocal percussion, and human voices imitate strings, guitars, and keyboards; singing is done in 4 languages.
