At the Community Run on Friday, April 10, you can look forward to a relaxed group run in a motivating atmosphere – whether you’re a beginner or an ambitious recreational runner. Together, we’ll log some miles, connect with each other, and enjoy moving outdoors. A special highlight will be the short technique session with Cindy Haase and Dani Jung. They will share valuable tips on running form, posture, and efficient movement to help you run more economically and stay injury-free.
