About the Play “Schuss mit lustig”
Production No. 22 stays true to its predecessors in terms of style, humor, and bite. The musically enhanced cabaret format offers space for just about anything: the unheard-of, the political, the childish, the sacred, the melodic – and, of course, the downright absurd.
Reheating old soup has never been our thing – that’s what AI seems to handle on a grand scale these days. As always, we’ve wracked our brains to surprise our audience with something fresh, witty, and relevant.
New this year are the venue, the director, and, of course, the content. Our aim: to counterbalance the collective tension of our times with a touch of lightness, to tease a smile out of constant stress, and to playfully question our obsession with performance.
