Building bird feeders: Workshop at the Nature Museum
Children of primary school age will learn how to build feeding bells, tit dumplings and tit rings at a workshop at the Nature Museum on 20 January.
When it is bitterly cold outside and there is snow everywhere, many birds have a hard time. An additional feeding place can help them. At the workshop in German and Italian "Piep piep piep - Guten Appetit! Cip cip - Buon appetito!", which will take place on Saturday, 20 January from 2:30 to 4:30 pm at the South Tyrol Museum of Nature, children of primary school age will learn how to prepare the right food for them. They will make feeding bells, tit dumplings and tit rings and, with a bit of luck, they will be able to watch the birds feeding on their own balcony or garden this winter. They will also learn how to recognise who is visiting the feeding station.
Participation costs 8 euros. Registration on the museum's website at https://app.no-q.info/naturmuseum-sudtirol/calendar#/event/451347 is required.
