Bread Baking Workshop – Schüttelbrot & traditional Tiers loaves
Experience the art of traditional bread baking in a unique and rustic setting. Together with Johannes from Tratter Bakery and Anna & Klemens from the Agritourism Rosenwirtshof, you will dive into the world of South Tyrolean bread baking in the farmhouse’s charming old barn.
After a short introduction to the grains grown directly on the Rosenwirtshof, it’s time to get hands-on: under Johannes’ expert guidance, you will learn how to bake traditional Schüttelbrot and Tiers-style loaves. Along the way, Johannes shares his passion, craftsmanship and valuable insights from the bakery.
At the end of the workshop, you can take home your own freshly baked bread. Each participant will also receive an apron as a lasting souvenir of this special experience.
