Our farmer’s wife, Elisabeth Pichler Schroffenegger, will initiate you in the art of preparing a genuine South Tyrolean bread in Marlengo’s club house. You won't just be watching as she works but having a big hand yourself in making the bread! Naturally you’ll get to taste it afterwards too! And so that you can repeat what you have learned when you get home, you will also receive the recipe and handy hints from our cook.
