From 14th August to 31st August you can buy great and inexpensive books at the Waltherplatz in Bolzano.  South Tyrolean publishers offer a wide range of products: cookbooks, hiking guides, books on local Tyrolean culture, books on current affairs and fiction. You will find something for every age and taste.
The Bozen Books Bazaar is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
