Südtirol: Secrets of Nature
Lukas Schäfer is a multiple award-winning nature photographer from Bruneck. In his first book "Südtirol. Secrets of Nature" he shows the breathtaking landscape of South Tyrol as well as the adventures he has to get involved in to create his photos: dangerous climbs up the mountains in rain, snow and wind, camping for nights in the dark wilderness, patiently waiting for the expected light and weather conditions.
Lukas Schäfer, born in 1992, is a freelance South Tyrolean photographer and filmmaker with a focus on nature and mountain sports. He has already worked for Servus TV and Arc'teryx. His photographs have won several international awards, including the BPOTY Bird Photographer of the Year and the Asferico International Nature Photography Competition.
