Bee Forest Festival and Open Day – Nature, Music and Bee Magic
Join us for a festival full of buzzing encounters, nature’s delights and a vibrant musical atmosphere.
In the idyllic setting of the Gamper-shed Eggermoos, a colourful programme awaits visitors of all ages:
10:30 am: Discover the secrets of the Bee Forest with forest educator Georg Kirchmaier (in german and italian languague). Please book in advance at +39 349 274 0699 – limited places
2:00 pm: Children’s guided tour (ideal for ages 6 to 10 and just in german languague) with playful nature exploration in the forest education style, led by Hansjörg Ebnicher – no booking required.
Musical entertainment: The “Böhmische aus Gummer” will provide a festive atmosphere and get your feet tapping.
Food and drink: Enjoy regional specialities in a cosy setting.
Alongside the cheerful festivities, you can also immerse yourself in the fascinating world of honeybees and wild bees. The educational beekeeping house will be open to everyone – watch the busy life inside the hive up close, learn about the bees’ vital role for nature and humans, and explore the different stations of the Bee Forest. Listen to the buzzing, pause at the energy spots, watch the bees at work and let yourself be enchanted by the special atmosphere of this place – an experience that combines nature, flavour and joie de vivre.
