The hike starts in Kastelruth at the village square and leads you through the impressive landscape of the Dolomites region Alpe di Siusi. Along the way, you will learn interesting facts about the history of Kastelruth and the local traditions.



Once you arrive at the Patenerhof farm, you will prepare traditional South Tyrolean dumpling dishes together with farmer Maria Anna. Afterwards, you can enjoy tasting the homemade dumplings.
