From 18th September to 24th September 2023, the little villages Verdings and Pradell dedicate a culinary week to the pear flour. Programme: - CULINARY WEEK: For a whole week from 18/09 - 24/09/2023, our 4 restaurants serve special dishes around the "Birmehl" (pear flour): - Gasthaus Huber, Pardell - Gosser Bar, Verdings - Pizzerian Monika, Verdings - Gasthaus St. Valentin, Verdings -BIRMEHL SUNNTIG (SUNDAY) At 24/09/2023 the highlight event of the Pear flour autumn will take place in Verdings: taste local specialities at the 12 stations.
