ASSOCIAZIONE ARTE DEL FAR RIDERE - Storie d´acciaio
An informational evening open to the entire community, dedicated to the ACCIAIERIE of Bolzano, which today are engaged in a difficult struggle for their survival and for the protection of jobs.
The meeting aims to offer public support and attention to the ongoing dispute, so that a positive and fair solution can be found for the workers, their families, and the wider community.
Together, we will revisit a fundamental chapter in the history of Bolzano in the twentieth century: the industrialization promoted by Fascism, which between the two World Wars profoundly transformed the face of the city and also shaped the post-war period. From the 1930s to the 1970s—over fifty years of change, factory life, and everyday experiences.
At the heart of the evening will be them: the men and women of steel, the workers of the ACCIAIERIE of Bolzano. Through testimonies, memories, and stories of daily life, we will hear authentic voices of ordinary people—far from propaganda and polemics, yet deeply connected to their work, their dignity, and the future of their city.
An opportunity to learn, to understand, and not to remain indifferent.
Because the history of the ACCIAIERIE is also the history of Bolzano and of those who live it every day.
