Artist Talks: The nature we take from
Organizer: Fortress Fortezza/FranzensfesteThe talks will focus on the artists and their works. Their reflections and impulses will be discussed. How can the works be placed in the context of the exhibition 50x50x50 everything for everyone, what effect does the exhibition venue have on the exhibited works and where can we find reference points to the Euregio theme year "Transport, Transit and Mobility"?
We are surrounded by a breathtaking natural world. But today, more than ever, it is becoming clear what a dilapidated state the world's ecosystems are in. How irresponsibly humans treat the environment, animals and plants. Biodiversity is declining more rapidly than ever before, more primeval forest is being cleared than ever before. Nature, with all its beauty and mysticism, is threatened and in decline. But also the efforts and the voices to protect our nature are getting stronger and louder.
