A tradition among South Tyrolean farmers: fired apple “kiachln”. Simple, juicy and breathtakingly good.
At the Christmas Market they will be prepared and sold on the stage by the children's charity "Kiwanis Club Brixen". The donations go to needy Eisacktal families.
