Zum 200. Geburtstag von Anton Bruckner wird im Dom Brixen seine Symphonie Nr. 5 zu hören sein. Remy Ballot dirigiert die Pilsner Philharmoniker. Im Rahmen der St. Florianer Brucknertage hat sich Ballot durch seine CD-Produktionen der Bruckner-Sinfonien mit dem Altomonte-Orchester St. Florian einen internationalen Namen gemacht. Die Mitschnitte sind Referenzaufnahmen und haben zahlreiche internationale Preise gewonnen.
