ANATOMIC EXHIBITION "HUMAN BODIES"
Until a few years ago, looking at cadavers and studying their anatomy was the prerogative of medical professionals in university dissection rooms. The exhibition on human bodies is dedicated to disseminating anatomical knowledge to interested visitors. The basis for this is the extensive collection of exhibits, consisting of preserved human bodies, organs and moulages. In addition to the exhibits, multimedia presentations and educational panels on general and specific topics relating to the human body serve to impart knowledge. The exhibition on human bodies offers visitors a wide range of educational opportunities. The anatomical exhibition deals with special topics and makes a significant contribution to further education in the medical professions. The main topics are the skeleton, musculoskeletal system, brain and nervous system, sexual organs, heart and blood circulation, kidneys and urinary tract, digestive system, sensory organs, respiratory tract and lungs, and much more. In addition, there is the opportunity to explore the topics of organ donation, cancer, AIDS, alcohol and nicotine. In presenting the full-body exhibits, the exhibition deliberately avoids lurid and unnatural poses and sensationalism.
