The Blues Festival, as many call it, was born in 2011 from the creative minds of South Tyrolean musicians Agostino Accarrino and Lukas Insam, with the cooperation of the Associazione Provinciale Musicisti/Musikervereinigung Südtirol and the Cooperativa Laives Cultura e Spettacolo/Kulturgenossenschaft Leifers. The idea is to bring the blues to the theater with an innovative formula for our region: namely, the presence of a “Homeband” that acts as a glue between national and international guests.
