Wellbeing of body, mind and soul for everyone visiting Alta Badia from 09.09.2022 to 18.09.2022. The program starts on 12/09/22 and includes yoga and mantra chanting sessions, mindfulness exercises and outdoor guided meditations, ecstatic dance workshop in the wonderful context of the Dolomites and sound massage sessions with Tibetan singing bowls and various instruments for energetic rebalancing (limited places).
