Alexander Dal Plan & Band: „VIVA la Vita”
Alessandro Mutschlechner, aka Alexander Dal Plan, Ladin singer-songwriter, was born in 1957 in San Vigilio di Marebbe into a family where music had always been at home. At age 16 he began composing music and songs in the Ladin language, at the time a rather innovative musical genre.
There followed several editions of his works and numerous participations in the Ladinia tour that made him known in his valleys and beyond. Then many live concerts that made him even better known, to the point of being hosted on local and foreign television and radio stations.
A new album had been planned for some time already, and with the lockdown break, it was finally realized. The new work, “VIVA la Vita,” owes its title to one of the songs meant to symbolize the will to live even in less than happy situations.
