A spring hike where you learn many interesting things about the region's cheese and wine is a treat for all the senses.

A spring hike that stimulates all the senses with interesting facts about regional cheese and wine. We visit Hansi Baumgartner, a famous cheese affineur, for a tasting. On the way back, we stop at Sunnegg, a traditional South Tyrolean inn, where we learn about wine production in Brixen and sample their fresh, fruity Sylvaner white wine.
