Jeden Dienstag geht Claudine in ein Berghotel, um Männer auf der Durchreise zu treffen. Als einer von ihnen beschließt, seinen Aufenthalt für sie zu verlängern, gerät Claudines Alltag aus den Fugen und sie ertappt sich dabei, wie sie von einem anderen Leben träumt.

Ogni martedì, Claudine si reca in un hotel di montagna per incontrare uomini di passaggio. Quando uno di loro decide di prolungare il soggiorno per lei, la vita quotidiana di Claudine viene sconvolta e si ritrova a sognare un'altra vita.

Every Tuesday, Claudine goes to a mountain hotel to meet men passing through. When one of them decides to extend his stay for her, Claudine’s daily life is disrupted and she finds herself dreaming of another life.

Maxime Rappaz, 1986, CH

Er wurde 1986 in Genf (Schweiz) geboren. Er arbeitete in der Modebranche, bevor er sich dem Film zuwandte. Im Jahr 2016 machte er einen MA in Kino und Drehbuch an der ECAL/HEAD-Genf und führte anschließend bei den Kurzfilmen SUMMERTIME (2016) und TENDERNESS (2018) Regie. Sein erster Spielfilm LAISSEZ-MOI mit Jeanne Balibar wird im Programm des ACID Cannes 2023 uraufgeführt. Derzeit schreibt er an seinem zweiten Spielfilm.

Nato nel 1986 a Ginevra (Svizzera). Ha lavorato nel mondo della moda prima di dedicarsi al cinema. Nel 2016 ottiene un Master in Cinema e Sceneggiatura presso ECAL/HEAD-Genève, poi ha diretto i cortometraggi SUMMERTIME (2016) e TENDERNESS (2018). Il suo primo lungometraggio LAISSEZ-MOI, con Jeanne Balibar, sarà presentato in anteprima nel programma ACID Cannes 2023. Attualmente sta scrivendo il suo secondo lungometraggio di finzione.

Born in 1986 in Geneva (Switzerland). Worked in the fashion world before turning to film. In 2016, he obtained an MA in Film and Screenwriting from ECAL/HEAD-Genève, then directed the short films SUMMERTIME (2016) and TENDERNESS (2018). His first feature film LAISSEZ-MOI, starring Jeanne Balibar, will premiere in the ACID Cannes programme 2023. He is currently writing his second feature-length fiction film.
